Informed Consent

It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure strict compliance with the privacy rights of individuals involved in the publications. This requires the thorough anonymization of their identities, both within the article text and in any accompanying materials (such as images, X-rays, MRI scans, charts, photographs, or videos). The inclusion of any data that could directly or indirectly reveal an individual's identity—including, but not limited to, names, initials, contact numbers, online identifiers, and social media profiles—is prohibited.

The inclusion of personal information or visual representations of third parties requires obtaining prior written informed consent, signed by the individual concerned or by their legal representatives in the case of minors.

If, following publication, information is discovered that allows for the identification of participants without proper consent, the article will be subject to temporary withdrawal until the issues compromising their privacy are rectified.
